Our Story

A New Truck on Sherman Way

Hollywood Tortas is the late-night Mexican food truck from Hovo & Ivan, parked at 12807 Sherman Way in North Hollywood. We opened in September 2026 and serve tacos, tortas, burritos and quesadillas six nights a week.

We open when the kitchens close. Everything is made to order on the griddle, so whether it's 9PM or 2:45AM, you're getting it hot.
