What this Site is
The Site is an informational page about the Hollywood Tortas food truck. It is not an online ordering system and it does not process payments. Orders are placed in person at the truck or arranged by direct message on Instagram.
Menu, pricing and hours
We work to keep the menu, prices, and hours on the Site accurate, but they are provided for general information and may change without notice. Items can sell out, prices can change, and a truck is a mobile business — weather, permits, private events, and mechanical trouble can all affect whether we're open on a given night.
Please check our Instagram at @hollywood_tortas before making a trip. Nothing on this Site is a guarantee that we will be open, parked in a particular place, or serving a particular item.
Food allergies and dietary information
Menu descriptions are general and are not a complete list of ingredients. Our food is prepared in a single small truck kitchen where cross-contact between ingredients — including meat, dairy, gluten, and other allergens — is possible. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please speak to us directly at the truck before ordering. We cannot guarantee any item is free of a given allergen.
Photography
Photographs of food on this Site show our actual food, with one exception: the quesadilla image is a stock photograph used as a placeholder until we photograph our own. Serving sizes and presentation vary.
Intellectual property
The Hollywood Tortas name, logo, photographs, and site content are owned by Hollywood Tortas and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission. You're welcome to share links to the Site.

The Site links to third-party websites, including Instagram, Google Maps, and our affiliated businesses Synergy Auto Center and Synergy Auto Appraisals. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products, services, or practices. A link is not an endorsement or a guarantee.
